Our standard production lead time is a maximum of 30 days from artwork approval. For high-volume orders, the timeline may be extended and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

We export across the entire European Intra-Community area. Our primary markets include Germany, France, Sweden, Finland, Austria and Ireland. We also regularly ship to the UK and Norway.

Our facility is equipped with high-end European and Japanese technology. For kraft bags (flexo print in paper rolls), we use Uteco Group Italy (8 colors). For art luxury paper bags (offset print in paper sheets), we use Heidelberg (8 colors). Our automated assembly and gluing lines are sourced from Germany, Italy, or Japan. We do not use any printing or assembly machinery manufactured in China. For kraft paper bags with twisted or flat paper handles we can produce even 3.000.000 pcs. bags per month, for art luxury paper bags with cotton/PP/satin handles we can produce between 250.000 – 400.000 pcs. bags per month.

Absolutely. This is standard practice for us. Before mass production begins, we send photos and videos from our color-testing lab (using latest-generation Pantone LLC USA spectrophotometers). We can also provide visual updates directly from the automated assembly lines during production.

Yes, we provide DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. We work with multiple carriers, and transport costs are listed as a separate line item in every quotation.

for kraft paper bags (flexo): Custom physical samples are available for large-scale orders due to the setup process. for luxury art bags (offset): The process is more flexible, and custom physical samples can be provided for smaller quantities as well.

Yes. For high-volume orders (e.g.: 2 full truckloads), we can arrange a split delivery schedule.

Flexo photopolymers (for kraft paper bags and paper cups) have a 3-year validity period and can be reused for future runs. Offset printing plates (for art luxury paper bags) are not reusable.

Kraft paper bags: Standard protective varnish, special Pantone U colors. Luxury art paper bags: Matt/gloss/soft-touch lamination, selective UV varnish, gold/silver foil stamping, and embossing.

Our standard production times are between 21-30 days from the date of order confirmation and approval of the execution artwork. For very large orders, depending on the raw material stocks available at that time, the production time may be longer, but we always aim to complete production in no more than 60 days.
